Treatment of sinusitis:

Sinusitis is usually a chronin inflammation of the sinuses that can be:

1. Allergic sinusitis
2. Bacterial infection

Managment include:

• Antibiotic as augmentin 625 mg three times daily
• Ibuprofen 600 mg three times daily
• Ani histamine as cetrizine 10 mg once daily

And in some cases surgical intervention may be required, so you should visit ENT doctor for clinical examination and right diagnosis and treatment.
