PLEASE DESCRIBE THE MOST CAUSE OF ELEVATED AST and ALT ENZYMES AND CAN YOU GIVE ME NUMERICAL DIGNOSIS OF LIVER DISEASES ACCORDING TO LAB RESULTS OR ENZYMES ??? I MEAN THAT CAN WE SUSPECT DIAGNOSIS FROM ABOVE MENTIONED 2 READINGS FOR AST OR ALT ???

from the previous lab results I assume that you have abnormal liver disease. I guess this might be due to viral infection like HCV, or might be due to fatty liver. In general the cause for elevated liver enzyme is due to liver damage. This might be due to drugs, ischemia, infection, tumor, and fatty changes.
You need to do abdominal ultrasound and also CT. if you are obese then try to lose some weight. I recommend to consult a specialist for examination and diagnosis as liver disease can’t diagnosed by image study or lab alone.
