Can I become pregnant soon after delivery?

If you retain your menstrual period and it is regulated then you might be pregnant if there you did intercourse without any kind of protection. So you need to do pregnancy test if you thing you can be pregnant. Usually nursing women get period between 6 months and 1 year. This is the norm however there is always a place for unusual cases. I recommend to do CBC and pregnancy test.
