There are some symptoms that associate pregnancy. For example, nausea, vomiting, headache, breast tenderness, appearence of striae on the body and other related symptoms. To confirm pregnancy you have to do pregnancy test. You should do it after 10 days of loss or period. If test come positive, you are pregnant. However, if it is negative then you need to repeat it withen one week to confirm results. Pregnancy is ultimately confirmed by doing Ultrasonography.
I want you to repeat the test and to do abdominal ultrasound if you missed your period for 1 month or vaginal ultrasound if you missed it for one week.
