CBC, ESR, CRP, urine analysis, stool analysis. If those show no abnormality then calm down as you only need to take care of your child diet and to give him some multivitamins that can help him and improve his health. Also I recommend to consult a nutritionist to help you by giving you some advices of better diet for your son to get  more weight
