Dear Doctor, I am hepatitis b carrier. I have been monitoring the virus every 6 months. I just did the tests. LFT is normal. Ultrasound is all ok, There is known liver calcification. Hbv DNA detected but lower than 29 iu/ml. The doctor asked me to do the test again in 6 months time. I would like to know if I should start taking medication.
