Treatment of vaginal discharge

based on what you mentioned as your friend complain of yellow vaginal discharge and this is common complain that mostly related to vaginal inflammation where bacterial vaginosis is the commonest cause. It is not true infection but different in levels of normal inhabitants of the vagina which result in the symptoms. Treatment is by taking metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for 7 days just. As there is no itching or burning sensation there is no signs of other vaginal infections and the above mentioned drug should be sufficient.
