What is the significance of bleeding from vagina during pregnancy?

In general, bleeding during pregnancy is not good at all as this might be due to loss of pregnancy or abortion. However, I don’t want you to get panic attack, for now put a foam  or carefree at the vagina, and then consult a doctor to examine you by ultrasound to see if the baby is good and okay.
