• It is better to seek a medical help to be examined by your family doctor at primary health care center to confirm the respiratory infection and determine if you need venous antibiotics or just oral.
• Ask for chest x ray and CBC to determine the infection, increased heartbeat may related to increased fever.
• Continue taking your drugs till seeing your doctor.
