I have a friend of mine with lower rectal...

I have a friend of mine with lower rectal carcinoma, a doctor of his said to do a surgery but he will use a plastic bag to pee and .... for the rest of his life. He is in his late thirties and will be painful for him to do that. So we looking for an alternative, easier and in a promising way. So how can you help me or any hospital you can recommend which is good at this. Please.
