How o manage UTI?

Because there is difficulty of urination. In this case you need to consult a doctor and to do urine test to see if there is any signs of infection like high WBC, bacteria or positive nitrite. If there is infection management is by taking course of antibiotic to relieve pain. If there is no any kind of infection then you might need to do other tests like semen analysis and ESR.
If there is infection take ceftriaxone 500 1X2X10 or other kind of antibiotic.
