Treatment of chest tightness

Based on what you mentioned, there are many causes of chest tightness or difficult breathing and generally i advise you to do the following

• Avoid stress and anxiety as you can.
• seek a medical help to be examined by your family doctor at primary health care center.
• Do basic tests like blood pressure measurement , blood glucose level and CBC.
• IF you complain of chest pain you can take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily with muscle relaxant like relaxone twice daily with hot packs on your chest.
• you can exercise at least for 30 minutes daily.
• Take deep breath at a garden and avoid crowded area,
• Ask for chest x ray to exclude respiratory causes.
• The commonest causes of chest tightness is stress and depression in addition to chest muscular problems.
