What is the cause of feet swelling in pregnancy?

If the swelling is in both feet then this is oedema and this happen in pregnancy. However you need to do some tests to exclude serious causes. I need you to measure blood pressure. Also do urea, creartinin, CBC, urine analysis, and uric acid. If those measures are normal, then you need to avoid salts for couple of weeks and to weigh yourself weekly. If swelling improve this is good, however, if not, then you only need to observe yourself by BP measurement and follow up with doctor.
