How to treat vertigo?

This depend on the cause of vertigo, as every cause has its own protocol of treatment. If the cause is due to meneire diseases this mean that there is associated tinnitus and hearing loss this mandate special treatment. However if the cause is due to side effect of drug then you need to stop the drug that cause those symptoms. If the cause is due to infected middle ear then you need to give him betahistin twice daily for 10 days, with course of antibiotic. In general first thing to do is diagnosis by physical examination, and otoscopy.
I advise to give betahistin twice daily and antibiotic course like amoxicillin 500 three times a day
