5 mm air cyst in apex in the right lung. Sequel fibrotic alterations in the left lung in apex are observed. Density incline is observed. 27*17*40mm in interior mediastenium. Is it dangereous? Both main bronches are open?

You need to bring previous x rays and CTs for lungs if you have them, if not then you need to do new CT scan. You need to be examined by a pulmonologist. If there is symptoms then you then you might need treatment. In general, primary treatment is by observation for couple of months by doing X ray and CT scan. I recommend to do another test in 3 months to see if there is enlargement of the cyst or if there is improvement in any way.
