Hi sir, I'm kissy, i'm very sorry, this is a very long story so please bear with me. On July, I eat too much at 3am, 2days straight my stomach was bloated and feeling hot.The 3rd day, it's not anymore but there is something inside my right rib cage like air punching in, I thought it was a gallstone. So since then my stool was watery(but not too much) until end of September. But in the end of July, I got bowel movement(black watery stool 3x that day) I go shower I was feeling dizzy and when I got shower I was in tension my hands where turning violet and my heart beats so load and fast that I feel like I'm gonna pass out.I cried and survived that day. So fast toward on end of September I consult a doctor and tell all the above details and i said that there is something really wrong with my digestive, and gave me these 4 meds: ispaghol, salinal,lansoprazole and multivitamins. But i forgot to tell the doctor that i experience bone/muscle pain in the arms.After 3days of using this I got headache(mild) but on 4th night when I eat dinner I decided to take panadol for my headache. After that indigestion started. I cannot burp, everything I eat stucks on my upper abdomen in the middle and I feel nauseous I cannot eat enough I feel like something acid is going up. 4th day of indigestion I went ER, done test: blood, ECG, urine, ultrasound(since they need to check if I have infection because of IBS history I told). All okay. Doctor said it's only gas. And I was diagnosed gastroenteritis so he gave me this med: Pan40(pantoprazole), scopinal(antispasmodic) and gaviscon advance for 7days.and didn't tell me to have follow up consult after the med.said I should avoid: oily, fatty and spicy food. My 1st to 2nd week of October was really hard: indigestion, diarrhea,constipation sometimes, heartburn, chestpain,anxiety, stress, nausea(note I want to vomit but even I force I still cannot), back pain,bloating, gas, everything I eat stays on upper stomach and I feel like didn't went down. Oct.14 I stopped my medicine. But still in pain I cannot eat right. Oct. 20 I decided by unanimous suggestion to try omeprazole(20mg 2x a day before break fast and dinner) 3rd day I wean off by taking once a day(before breakfast only). I should have finish my 2weeks on it but because of financially issue I just use it for 10days. Note that while I'm on omeprazole(Risek) i experience joint/bone and muscle pain(legs and arms)worse than before.but it helps me I don't have back pain anymore but I observe that I still have an attack every night. And i stopped. I feel okay at 1st day but next day I feel really weak, like my body does not response anymore. My body does not absorb the nutrients I eat. I'm weak. Because also I only eat this: oatmeal, porridge, white egg, chicken,rice, craker,and banana,apple... Still I don't feel okay now. Before I only feel pain anywhere on upper abdomen either left or right or middle now I'm noticing another story. My lower abdomen is also in pain, left sometimes but right most of the time and I have this sensation in my upper right abdomen very near the middle. I experience spasm on my belly(lower).. And now it's anywhere in my abdomen. Please help me.and my stool is wet. I waste once a day and no problem in my urination. Please answer my question what will I do. What is really my disease.
