• You have to improve your diet and eat more fruits and vegetables.
• Increase your daily water intake to 3 liters.
• Get sufficient night sleep for 8 hours.
• Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
• If you complain of metal sore throat or acid reflux it may be due to GERD and you can take famotidine 40 mg before bedtime to reduce symptoms as alcohol increase acid reflux.
