Am a 35yrs old mechanical i work in Abu Dhabi, i have a problem with cough and whenever i cough i get particle like gum and a swelling sower chest pain what could be the problem?
I sweat a lot and i feel pain in my bones at time buh for the body pain it has become a routine cos the pain can't go, i feel pain in my body as if have been carrying heavy metal especially the shoulders and the back

- Seek a medical help to be examined by your family doctor.
- Ask for basic investigations like CBC , Chest x ray, ESR, CRP , ANA and RF.
- you can take mucus expectorant to get rid of sputum.
- analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily to get rid of pain as your work exacerbate pain.
Causes of cough
there are many causes of cough like the following
- respiratory infections and inflammation.
- Sarcoidosis or Tuberculosis
- Rheuomatological diseases.
- Infectious causes.
