first symptoms :

• thirst sensation 
• drinking alot of water 
• going batroom for urination frequently 
• wieght loss or wieght gain .

seconds by tests :

• tasting the sweaty urine was historical test .
• now it is lab diagnosis by :
• fasting blood sugur level ,if it is more than 126 mg per DL ,
• random blood sugur ,if it is more  than 200 mg per dl 
• HGBA1C more than 7 ..
