First you have to check the your car via OBD II device to find the problem
Then the possible faults is :
1. mass air flow sensor maf sensor.
2. idle sensor .
3. TPS throttle sensor .
4. fuel pump and fuel filter .
So your have to check your car to find the fault exactly .

If there's no codes appear on device , clean the throttle and the throttle sensor and the EGR system
If the problem still check the cylinder head of engine and check the cylinder valve and the engine module BCM

2. Check the temperature thermos
3. Check the water pump
4. Check the water pump belt
5. Check the engine hood gas kit
6.check the engine hood
7. Check and Clean the radiator
