the commonest symptoms of pregnancy is absent menses, but as there are other medical causes of absent menses, to diagnose pregnancy you have to do blood pregnancy test, where the result like the following

• if the pregnancy test below 5 there is no pregnancy
• if the result above 25 there is pregnancy
• if the result between 5 - 25 there is suspicion of pregnancy and the test to be repeated.

The other way to diagnose pregnancy is by doing US of the uterus to detect pregnancy sac about 6 weeks of pregnancy. According to your result, there is no pregnancy.
