well , it is based on your menses times if you have regular menses and you can expect the first day of the next menstrual cycle it is good as we can calculate it like the following

• 14 days before the first day of the next menstrual cycle in addition to
• 3-4 days before it

these 5 days period known as fertile days and this period has the highest incidence of pregnancy if sexual intercourse is occurred within it.
the female egg able to be fertilized for 24 hours thus it is better to do sex every two days within the mentioned above period.
