absence of sperms in semen analysis  can be due to :
inability of testis to produce sperms
inability of semen tubes to pass sperms .
this can be detected by doing testicular biopsy to see if these testises are able to produce sperms or not .
if testises are not able to produce sperms ,this means testicular faliure .
testicular faliure result in high level of FSH .
Unforunately ,there is no treatment can make testis able to produce sperms .
