what is normal level of blood pressure

the normal level of blood pressure is below 140/90 and the optimal blood pressure reading is 120/80. To diagnose high blood pressure, you have to measure high blood pressure level more than 140/90 recurrent reading within days. According to your blood pressure level , it is normal and I advise you to do the following to keep normal blood pressure level

• avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
• do exercise daily at least for 30 minutes.
• avoid taking fast foods or salty ones.
• keep your water daily intake more than 3 liters.
• measure your blood pressure level twice daily for one week for reassurance.
