• seek a medical help immediately to do CBC again and be sure about your results.
• measure blood pressure .
• treatment of like result must be at hospital and not at your home.

• low blood pressure
• cold hands and foots
• headache
• loss of conscious
• increased heart rate

I think you talk with me and your HGB 3.4 now
if you were addmitted to hospital and emergent treatment was done there is no problem
