Regarding to your complain, there are many possible causes as:
- Pregnancy
- Uterine fibroid
- Ovarian cyst
- Infections
- Urine tract infection
So, you have to do pregnancy test first.
If there is no pregnancy other possible causes should be excluded by clinical examination and investigations as:
- Abd ultrasound
- CBC
- Urine analysis
