Treatment of chronic chest pain:

According to your complain you are complaining of chronic pain syndrome that affect your muscle.
You should visit internal medicine doctor for clinical examination and investigations for the right diagnosis and to relieve pain you can use the following treatment:

• Celecoxib 200 mg  twice daily
• Prednisone 5 mg twice daily
• Diclofene gel three times daily.

Diagnosis of chronic chest pain:

As the pain is chronic, we exclude heart problem and should do investigations to rule out other possible causes.
Investigations may be required:

• Chest x-ray
• ECG
• CBC
• ESR
• CRP
• CT scan

regarding yoour question , there are many possible causes of chronic chest pain like :
muscle spasm 
infections
angina 
i think you should do theb above mentioned investigations to reach the definitive cause of your chest pain
