How can pregnancy be diagnosed ?
pregnany can be diagnosed by :
- doing pregnancy test ,if it is positive ,there is pregnancy ,if negative ,there is no pregnancy .
- this pregnancy must be confirmed by ultrasound to see the pregnancy sac at the 5th week .

about your friend tooth pain , he has to follow up with dentist to precise the cause of pain and can take analgesics till seeing his doctor like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily.

If there is a history of Trauma or falling down , you must go to the hospital immediately , so that your doctor ask you for some investigations like Xray, otherwise, you can do the following
- cold compressors
- Rest
- ibuprofen tablets
- Diclphenac gel 3 times daily
