My son aged 31 is suffering from abdominal pain in the left lower abdomen quardrant which is poture related. If he sits or take side while lying tge pain gets worse initially he was diagnosed with neuropathic pain with unknown cause. He was given gabapentine, tricycle antidepressants and tramadol which improved his condition but after 5 months the improvement stopped at a level he could stand walk but could not sit he continued medicine almost 6 weeks back his pain got worse and at this level he was not able to elevate his head that also resulted in pain the nature of pain is stbbing pins and needles feeling burning sensation this time he was diagnosed with anterior cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome and was given local anesthetic injection ultrsound guided in his abdomen which showed some improvement in his condition i need some permanent treatment for his problem so he can live his life pain free
