Treatment of white spots:

White spots is usually due to fungal infection and amangement of it by:

• Topical anti fungal as miconazole cream twice daily
• oral anti fungal as fluconazole 50 mg once daily

And you should keep your skin and clothes clean and dry to avoid recurrent infection.
