Treatment of headache:

Management of headache depends on the cause of headache and we should manage the cause not the symptom ( headache )
To relieve headache you can use one of the following medications:

• Paracetamol 500 mg  four times daily
• Ibuprofen 600 mg three times daily
• Diclofene 50 mg  twice daily

Causes of headache:

There are many possible causes of headache as:

• Anemia
• Eye problem
• Migraine headache
• Sinusitis
• Stress
• Neck problems as muscle spasm
• Brain problems as tumor, increased intracranial pressure
• Hypertension

You should visit an internal medicine doctor for clinical examination and investigations for the right diagnosis.
