• Laxatives ; like Laxel or lactulose syrup
• Buscopan for abdominal cramps 
• In case you have H.pylori infection your doctor will prescribe the following drugs :-

1. Amoxicillin 1gm twice daily
2. Clirthromycin 500mg twice daily 
3. Nexium 20mg twice daily

What are the causes of abdominal pain 

• Gastritis 
• Peptic ulcer
• Irritable bowel syndrome 
• Inflammatory bowel disease
• Appendicitis 

What are the investigations for abdominal pain

• Clinical Exam
• CBC
• Stool Analysis
• Abdominal US
