How to diagnose cause of itching of penis?

If there is a feeling of itching and skin changes of penis then you need to consult a doctor to examine you because the diagnosis is varied between skin disease like allergy, viral infection, fungal infection and bacterial infection also, STD, and it could be due to taking drugs that might cause those symptoms so in general a complete examination is needed to evaluate the case and then I can advise of treatment. Also I recommend to do urine analysis and semen analysis because this feeling might be due to something inside the penis or inflammation so by doing those tests we can be sure if there is infection of either of them or not. For now I recommend to take antihistamine medication to relieve itching and to do the tests.
