2. dont eat before sleeping
3. take cefurixime 500mg twice per day
4. take metronidazole 500mg three times per day 
5. take omeprazole 20 mg twice per day
6. take an analgesia like ibuprofen 600mg twice per day
7. laperscopic cholecystectomy after  relieving from the infection
