Delayed period:
The first thing that should be excluded when there is a delay in the period ids pregnancy.
You are talkin about 4 days delay and negative pregnancy tests, this not 100 % accurate.
You still may have pregnancy, so I advise you th repeat the test again after at least three days if the period does not occur.
When pregnancy excluded, then you have to visit a gynacologist to do clinical examination and investigations for the right diagnosis as:

• Ovarian cyst
• Uterine fibroid
• Infection
• Hormonal disturbance
