those are two kind of infections from two organism, however the treatment is still by antibiotic
treatment:

Fluoroquinolones like levofloxacin or moxifloxacin
Macrolides such as azithromycin
Tetracyclines like doxycycline

.use any of those drugs for the treatment of your infection
