Hai doc have a nice day? Im 26 yrs old i have to much problem, i have warts on my vagina, im to much worried i dont know wat can i do, but last time i go to check up they only give me cream but not effect... its coming more the warts i cant sleep sometimes bcos to much itchy. Thank you doc.

It seems that you suffer from genital warts due to HPV. There is no cure to this virus, so obviously it will recure after treatment. management is by using some creams I will mention them. However surgery is better because it allow removal of warts. There other modalities to remove warts like laser and cryotherapy. However I recommend to consutl a dermatologist at first.
