Treatment of back pain

It is one of the commonest complain to have back pain due to many medical conditions that may limit the patient ability to do daily life works. Based on what you mentioned , it seems that your pain is chronic and increased with work thus i advise you to do the following

• First, you have to avoid heavy works temporary till seeing your doctor.
• Seek a medical help to be examined by a neurosurgeon .
• Do back MRI test to exclude commonest causes like back disc.
• Use analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily with topical analgesics cream like declofen.
• Apply hot packs on your back.

Causes of chronic back pain

There are many causes of back pain like the following

• Back disc
• Back muscles spasm.
• Vertebral osteoarthritis.
• Multiple myeloma
