Regarding what you mentioned, the passage of blood and pus from the wound may indicate the presence of bacterial infection in the wound that lead to suppurative discharge from the wound.
In this case we advise you to clean the wound with normal saline and you have to use a topical antibiotic cream such as fusidic acid cream then you have to visit the general surgeon as soon as possible  so that the doctor could do a full clinical evaluation of your case in order to confirm the diagnosis then he will manage the case accordingly.
