Dear madam,
Welcome, and thank you for trusting us
Madam, from the symptoms you have mentioned it is possible he start with depression I will mention to you some of the symptoms he is going through, he is depressed, and it is a mixed feelings of sadness and loneliness and feeling rejected by others. Also feeling powerless and facing some problems like:
A permanent feeling of sadness and anxiety
Losing the feeling of excitement and doing what you love to do
Feeling pessimistic and powerless
Feeling guilty and unvalued
Incapable of showing others care and acceptance
Insomnia and not able to sleep
Unable to eat and losing appetite
Physical pain
Always crying
Nervous and hyperactivity and inability to relax
Feeling tired
Lack of focus and remember
Depression and frustration
So, if he suffer from these symptoms and for long, he has to get treated and overcome this situation. There are two ways of treatment, he has to have a good determination to get out of this situation. He has to change his daily routine. Organize his time and activities. Start visiting friends and family.
Try to practice sport.
It is important to get out of this situation. In addition, there is a drug treatment, but first he has to be convinced of this treatment, because if his situation gets worse, he will be more chronically depressed.
I advise you to visit a psychiatrist to follow his situation, and he will prescribe medicine for him and tell you exactly what to do. Knowing that, his treatment will take from three to six months, it depends on his ability to treatment
We are privileged to communicate with you, and you can always consult many experts on Jawabkom like Doctors, Nutritionists, and Engineers
Kind Regards
