Hello doc, I am only 50kgs, I want to put on some weight. I have tried several natural means like pure good feeding and timing my gym duration a day. .please advise me on the quickest and safest means.

 ,In this case, you should determine the causes leading underweight and there are many variety factors some of which are physical such as diabetes، liver disease, or because of hyperthyroidism.
Also, psychological factors have a role in losing weight. In most cases genetics are essential in determining your body type, however, if you are ectomorph type (skinny) ,it is difficult to put on weight, you will may need very long period doing exercise and dieting in order to notice the desired results
Try weight gainer shakes : Mass gainer, True mass, Sreious mass to get your body bigger.
Try to eat small, frequent, high calorie meals during the day in order to get at lot of energy without having to fill your stomach: 
Cream cheese, Chocolate, Fats and oils, nuts and seeds, avocado, red meat, whole eggs, full-fat dairy, and oily fish are great choices
 
also eat alot of carbs like rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, bread, it will help you put on weight.
