What you saw is not a vision, as much it is a stuff in your sleep from the Satan which seeks to frighten and scares you. You have to say "And seek refuge in Allah from the evil and what I saw". No harm will come to you Inshaa' Allah.

This is the prophetic command in which He released to us the difference between dreams and visions.

He said, "The good dreams are from Allah, if someone sees a good dream, he/she must thank Allah and tell his family about. If the Muslim sees a bad dream, he must seek refuge from Allah and must not tell anybody of what he saw, so it does not harm him".

Therefore, that is to say, good dreams are from Allah and bad ones are from the Satan.

The man who sees a bad dream must seeks refuge from Allah and read Al-Kursi verse before going to sleep. No harm shall comes to you
