However, keep your healthy diet by eating five to six meals a day instead of the three or two usual meals a day, and try the following foods as healthy snacks: Nuts, Cheese, Peanut butter, Avocados, Dried fruits
Grains, pasta and breads should be whole grain (void processed versions of these), shakes or smoothies.
