Hae am simon working at forceco trading and constructing company Doha how much starting salary are they surposed to pay me in an agrement contract paper 2017 and if they dont where am i surposed to report.

Dear Sir,

 

We would like to explain to you that, according to the first article of the Qatari labor law, the salary which is used is the basic salary. This is equal to what the employer must pay the employee for work in a period mentioned in the contract, including the annual raise.

The employee deserves a basic salary, the allowances and benefits.

The Qatari labor law articles in regard of your case

Article 65

The employee deserves the salary that was written in the contract. If it is not mentioned, the employer has to commit to the law regarding the employee's salary.

In case that the contract is not having a specific salary, the employer has to give him his salary like other employees who work at the same type of work. While, in case of a dispute regarding the calculation of it, the judge will identify the employee's salary

 

Article 66

Amended in 01/2015

The employee has to receive his salary in Qatari currency. The salaries of the employees have to be given on monthly, weekly, or half monthly basis

The employer has to transfer the salaries of his employees through a financial organizations (banks). Keep in mind that the articles of the Qatari labor law protects the employee's and grants them their rights  

 

Article 67

If the contract is terminate for any reason, the employer has to give the employee all his entitlements and end of service benefits immediately after his last day at work, unless in cases the employee leaves the work without a notice (Examples in article 49) which stipulates that the employer must give his employee all his benefits within seven days

Article 68

The employer has to give the employee his salary, benefits and allowances in case of the employee goes in a vacation
