Dear Customer,

Welcome, and thank you for trusting us

From the symptoms that mentioned by you, it is possible that you are suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder because it is related to anxiety and fear

It is fear of disease that produces these symptoms

Sir, try to face your fears no matter how difficult they are. If you are afraid of diseases, you should know that this is not in our hands, but obsession may cause you the disease. Be sure that your fear of being diseased will not makes any difference

Therefore, you have to consider the idea as a silly, change your negative thoughts with positive ones

Try to fill your free time and end these symptoms. Do not discuss this and do not think about it because it heightens the obsession

With persistence and stability in face of that situation will get rid of compulsive obsession

You can take a medication along with behavioral therapy to reduce symptoms, as it must be prescribed by a doctor to give you the appropriate treatment and doses that suit your condition

We are privileged to communicate with you, and you can always consult many experts on Jawabkom like Doctors, Nutritionists, and Engineers
