Dear madam,
Welcome, and thank you for trusting us
Madam, from the symptoms you have mentioned it is possible to start with depression
I will mention to you some of the symptoms you are going through, you are depressed, and it is a mixed feelings of sadness and loneliness and feeling rejected by others. Also feeling powerless and facing some problems like:
A permanent feeling of sadness and anxiety
Losing the feeling of excitement and doing what you love to do
Feeling pessimistic and powerless
Feeling guilty and unvalued
Incapable of showing others care and acceptance
Insomnia and not able to sleep
Unable to eat and losing appetite
Physical pain
Always crying
Nervous and hyperactivity and inability to relax
Feeling tired
Lack of focus and remember
Depression and frustration
So, if you suffer from these symptoms and for long, you have to get treated and overcome this situation. There are two ways of treatment, you have to have a good determination to get out of this situation. You have to change your daily routine. Organize your time and activities. Start visiting friends and family.
Try to practice sport.
It is important to get out of this situation. In addition, there is a drug treatment, but first you have to be convinced of this treatment, because if your situation gets worse, you will be more chronically depressed.
I advise you to visit a psychiatrist to follow your situation, and he will prescribe medicine for you and tell you exactly what to do. Knowing that, your treatment will take from three to six months, it depends on your ability to treatment
I highly recommend you to make a phone call to me. In cases like yours, I found that phone calls helped much in clarifying the legal status in details. If you would like, you can make a phone call to us. It will cost you a little. Please click on the link below
