 If you mean to be thin, then being thin is not the purpose however you be fit and try to have the perfect weight suitable for your height. Also, to be healthy by following healthy diet  suitable for your age, gender, body, size and physical activities in order to provide you with less calories than your body needs which  increase losing weight. Further, I advise you to daily exercise along with diet as exercising is very useful for the body. In order to have a perfect body shape, you
should follow healthy life style through eating healthy food.

Healthy exercises and instructions for healthy life style and losing weight:
 -follow a healthy diet with less calories to increase losing calories and fats which is suitable for your body.
-eat 5-6 meals a day.
-specify time for meals and commit to it.
-do not neglect any meal specially the breakfast   
-eat diner before 4 hours before sleeping and practice any excuse before sleeping such as walking.
-practice daily sport for 45 minutes
-drink at least 3 liter of water every day
-drink herbs without sugar to  burn fats such as, green tea, cinnamon, ginger, cumin and lemon before each meal.
-do not drink process juice as it contains a lot of sugar and calories.
-if you feel so hungry, eat leafy vegetables and do not eat carbs or sugar.
-start with soup, and salad, then protein and finally crabs
-eat the boiled and grilled food and avoid fries or adding fats to your meal
-eat the fibers in the whole grains, brown bread and oats
-avoid eating process food
