Dear Customer
Welcome, and thank you for trusting us

Research hasn't shown that there are specific foods that all Fibromyalgia patients should avoid or add to their diets, but there are some food it's better to avoid to offer relief:
Reducing your carb intake specially simple carbs like suger, white flour keep blood glucose levels from fluctuating, which can trigger fatigue.
try to avoid caffeine and caffeinated beverages, caffeine intake can trigger headaches and interfere with sleep patterns, which can elongate fatigue.
aspartame and saccharine are artifical sweeteners which may increase your fatigu.
if you notice that you are sensitive to eggs, gluten, dairy, you should talk to your health care provider.
