Dear Customer
Welcome, and thank you for trusting us

your BMI is within over weight range, and since your mood controls your eating pattern, you need to change your eating habits instead of following diet because successful, healthy, long-term weigh loss has a lot more into it than just counting calories, there are some small habits that you can adopt in your life, which collaboratively can help you lose weight and keep it off:

- Choose whole grain cereals more often, because they are rich in fibers that facilitate stomach movement, give satiety feeling and bind to cholesterol reducing its absorption.
- Teach yourself to eat when you're really hungry and stop when you're comfortably full, and try to eat your meals seated at a table, without distractions.
- Focus on fiber rich vegetables such as avocado, lima beans, artichoke, especially the dark green ones like: broccoli, spinach, dark green lettuce, turnip, kale, arugula.
- Drink eight glasses of warm water daily with squeeze lemon, 1 cup before each meal and two cups befor breakfast

- Omit salt and sugar from table as possible.
- Divide your meals to 6 meal along day and eat a nutritious meal or snack every 3 hours, and try to take your meals on time, since it will help regulate your blood glucose, and it promotes better weight loss.
- Switch to cafe au lait, using strong coffee and hot skim milk instead of cream.
- Always start your meal with fruits and vegetables, because they prepare the gut for food consumption, give a satiety feeling, reduce cholesterol absorption with their fiber.
- Try different cooking methods, such as grilling, roasting, baking, or poaching and flavor your foods with herbs, vinegars, mustards, or lemon instead of fatty sauces
- Do some aerobic exercise for at least 45 minutes, such as walking, swimming, running.
- Avoide eating carbohydrates at night and try eat foods rich in fiber and vitamins
