4217026 When trying the diet of points, it had no effect. I jointly took setraline. I realized that I lost weight, but I lost mostly lean mass, not fat. I am 1.63 in height, 58 years old and in menopause. I weighed about 68kg to 70kg when I started my diet three months ago. I'm 67.20kg now. I'm overweight. Does menopause help with this increase? I've always been thin and today I even have a belly!
